Community, in action

When women come together with shared values, things begin to change.

Embassy is made up of women who believe that if something can be done better, kinder, or more supportively, then it is worth showing up for. Many of us grew up without the support we needed. Instead of hardening because of that, we chose to soften. To care more. To build what we once wished had existed.

This is a community of women who help not because they are obligated to, but because they genuinely care. About each other, about their families, and about the world they are shaping for the next generation.

Our why

Embassy exists because doing life and business alone is exhausting.

We believe support should feel human, not performative. That growth does not need to come at the cost of burnout. And that community works best when it is rooted in trust, shared values, and mutual respect.

Embassy is not about keeping up, proving yourself, or chasing perfection. It is about building businesses and lives in ways that feel sustainable, honest, and aligned.

Inside Embassy

How we support each other

Inside Embassy, support is not theoretical. It is practical, lived, and deeply human.

Members show up for one another through everyday moments and big life seasons alike. From business encouragement to personal care, this community is built on the belief that no one should have to carry everything on their own.

Beyond Embassy

Showing up together

Embassy does not stop at conversation.

Throughout the year, members gather in real life. They meet at events like Waitangi Day, stand together at marches and protests, and lend their voices in support of teachers, midwives, Te Tiriti, and community-led change.

These moments are not organised for visibility. They happen because this community cares deeply about fairness, equity, and collective wellbeing.

Over time, Embassy and its members have supported initiatives that respond to real needs. From addressing period poverty to promoting sustainable parenting choices, these projects are often sparked by conversation, grown through community, and carried forward with care.
